The Exercise Effect
If you're motivated to get healthier and happier, you've come to the right place.
The Exercise Effect is something I learned about in college while obtaining my Bachelor's in Psychology. It's the idea that exercise has a positive effect on one's mental health. We know that regular exercise has been shown to improve sleep, enhance mood, regulate stress, and decrease symptoms of depression and anxiety.
However, I argue that exercising regularly has the ability to transform the individual in ways they never considered. I've found in my own personal experience and in training clients that when you start caring about exercise and working out regularly, you ALSO tend to start caring about everything else related to your overall health: daily water intake, nutrition, gut health, flexibility, balance, posture, vitamin/mineral levels in blood work, recovery, mind-muscle connection/mindfulness, mental health, skincare, etc. (Check out my Instagram [@the.exercise.effect] for helpful tips regarding health and fitness!)
My goal as a trainer is to kickstart the Exercise Effect in YOU and help you achieve maximum health, relating to your physical health, mental health, and emotional health. I aim to provide you with all the information you need to be as healthy and happy as possible, and help you get there!
